Configuring Your Shopify Connection

This guide will walk through the options you can use for connected Shopify stores.
  • Shopify Locations: Allows you to map locations that are set in the connected Shopify store with any warehouse you have created in your Shipsidekick account. You can also choose to not sync any location.

  • Enable Shopify service: This will sync orders from your Shopify store into Shipsidekick. Do not enable this until you’ve mapped your locations.

  • Notify customers when orders are fulfilled: This will send a notification trigger to Shopify to notify customers when orders have been fulfilled.

  • Inventory Push configuration: Once you have setup your warehouse locations, and mapped products to those locations and set inventory, then enable this option. This will push inventory from Shipsidekick into the Shopify store for any mapped products.

  • Pull Inventory Levels: Once you have loaded products from the Shopify store into your Shipsidekick account, you can use this option to pull the inventory numbers from Shopify which will set inventory in Shipsidekick.
